I have a knack for seeing the gem in a person, business or idea and immediately thinking about what could unlock it.
The opportunity hiding inside something you're already doing. The person who could solve the problem you've been carrying for months. The two ideas that make more sense together than apart. The thing that sounds exciting but isn't actually aligned with where you want to go.
Today, I use that perspective to help established founders and thought leaders get clear on what's next and connect with aligned people and opportunities that can help bring it to life.

I've always been a connector. The friend who says, “Wait, you need to know this person.”
The person listening to someone's big vision and already seeing how five seemingly separate pieces could fit together. The one who walks into a room, meets someone incredible and immediately thinks of three people they should know.

Over time, I realized the real value wasn't simply knowing people. It was understanding someone and what they're building well enough to recognize which person, opportunity, idea or perspective could actually make a difference.
The value isn't more connections. It's knowing which connection could change something or everything.
My path here
A decade spent at the intersection of people + possibility.
I spent 10 years at LinkedIn, ultimately leading one of their largest subsets of influencer marketing then being a Global Community Strategy, working at the intersection of people, ideas, thought leaders of our time, community, and opportunity. All while having a side gig from being a IIN certified health coach, launching courses with Kelly LeVeque, becoming a business coach, and navigating my own health journey.
My journey has been anything but linear and that’s the beauty of it. More than anything, it taught me how much relationships can change the trajectory of what we build + our lives.
I’ve seen one introduction open a door someone had spent months trying to access. One conversation completely shift a strategy. One hire fuel multi six-figure launches. Plus, SO much more!

I want to know what YOU have built, what you're considering, what feels heavy, what lights. you up where you want to go and, importantly, what you want your life to look like when you get there.
Then we zoom out.
I connect the dots across the business, help you see what deserves your energy and identify the people, opportunities and decisions that could create the most leverage.
Sometimes that means recognizing the bigger opportunity hiding inside something you're already doing, helping you finally make the decision you've been circling for weeks, connecting you directly with the expert you'd otherwise spend months searching for, and sometimes it's a text from me saying: “You two need to know each other.” (iykyk)

I don't: Become your project manager, execute your strategy, run your launch, manage your team or add another layer of work for you to manage.

Outside of business
You will usually find me in Santa Barbara with a matcha americano in hand, on a walk with a friend that somehow became three hours, listening to a podcast at 1.5x speed, planning my next adventure, or mentally introducing two people who have never met.
I love building. I also love my life.
I'm increasingly uninterested in creating one at the expense of the other.
Life is the point.
